TAVELLA,

Emma P., age 95, of Voorhees, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2023. Emma was the mother of three beloved children; John who is deceased (spouse Elizabeth), Louise DiIorio (spouse John deceased) and Patti Pucci (significant other Vito LaMaina). She is also survived by siblings Peter (Anna Marie), Carl (Giuliana), Anthony (Mary) and Beatrice Cunningham. Emma's loving grandchildren are Mary (Steve), Joseph and Victoria (Scott), along with great-grandchildren, Steven, Benny, John, Julianna, Matthew, Kaitlyn and Michael. She will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Emma retired from AT&T after a career of 35 years. She then took a part-time job at Bradlee's Department Store where she made many new and lasting friends. Emma loved visiting the casinos and enjoyed crocheting blankets for her family. She followed the “Phillies”; loved watching “Big Brother”, “Survivor” and the “Great Race” on television.

Relatives and friends are invited to a viewing and visitation with the family on Tuesday, December 5th from 8:30 am until 10:15 am at THE FUNERAL MANOR, 1585 Hider Lane, Gloucester Township, New Jersey 08021. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 am at Mary Mother of Mercy Parish, OUR LADY OF LOURDES CHURCH, 500 Greentree Road, Glassboro, New Jersey 08028.
