Alvin M., on November 21, 2017, age 83 years, of the Glen Oaks section of Gloucester Township. Alvin is survived by his beloved wife Mineola (nee Petty), his sister Marilyn Davis of Ohio and his brother Tim Silver of Washington, DC. He is also survived by nephews: Stanley Davis of Ohio, Gerald Williams of Texas, Earl Silver of Maryland, Alvin Wade of Washington, DC, Larry Wade of North Carolina and John Wade of Washington, DC along with nieces, Sandy Salahuddin of Ohio and Constance Wade of North Carolina.
Alvin was a member of the United States Marine Corp. serving as a Master Sargeant in the Vietnam Conflict with great distinction and receiving a Good Conduct Medal.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, November 28th and following at 1:00 PM a Memorial Service to celebrate Alvin’s life at THE FUNERAL MANOR, 1585 Hider Lane, Laurel Springs, New Jersey 08021 .
